Start with one number.
Not a strategy, not a use-case list — one metric you would like to see move, and the reason it hasn’t. That is enough to have a useful first conversation.
Get in touch
Replies come from a person, usually the same day. Include your company size and the workflow you have in mind and the first reply will be a useful one.
Book directly
Take a 45-minute introductory call. There is no obligation attached to it and no proposal at the end unless you ask for one.
Book a 45-minute callWhat to expect
- 45 minutes, no deck
- We ask what number you are trying to move, what you have already tried, and where the work actually gets stuck. You do most of the talking.
- A straight answer on the lever
- If a process change, a hire, or a cheap automation moves that number better than a model would, we say so on the call. It happens often enough that we plan for it.
- A written next step
- Within two business days you get a short note: what we would do first, what it would cost, and what you would hold at the end of it.
Also useful to send
- — The metric, and roughly where it sits today.
- — Which systems the work touches (CRM, ERP, helpdesk, shared drives).
- — Anything you have already tried, including what stalled it.
